Job Description
Lumino Technology is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer who can build and maintain scalable server-side applications. You will work closely with the frontend and mobile development team to develop secure APIs, manage databases, and ensure smooth application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs
Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
Optimize application performance and scalability
Collaborate with frontend and mobile development teams
Debug, test, and improve existing systems
Ensure security and data protection standards
Support backend deployment and server maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of Node.js / Express (or similar frameworks)
- Experience with database design and management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security
- Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows
- Knowledge of server management and deployment (Linux, VPS, AWS/DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Experience with hosting, domain setup, SSL, and backend deployment pipelines is a plus
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to monitor and maintain production servers and troubleshoot issues is a plus
